General
- + Do you ship throughout the US, Canada and beyond?

Yes we do! Our Ready to Assemble or RTA and Pre-Assembled cabinets can be shipped anywhere. However we only provide *STANDARD FREE SHIPPING on orders over $2500 for our Ready to Assemble and some Pre-Assembled cabinetry within the 48 Contiguous United States. (*Excludes lift gate or other related charges that may apply.) Please understand that orders with a pantry, oven cabinet, large panel, or orders which need to ship on double/over-sized pallets due to the order size will not be able to utilize a lift gate. If your order is able to utilize a lift gate, it will be automatically included on your delivery. It is highly recommended to have at least 1-2 additional people to help unload the cabinets regardless if a lift gate is used or not. Cabinets can be very large and heavy, and the driver is not responsible for unloading any items, only to get the pallet to the back of the truck. Then, it is the customer's responsibility to unload each cabinet. Deliveries are typically done by freight carriers with trailers as long as 53’. So please contact us about your delivery IF: You live in a Gated Community, on a private drive, narrow road or cul-de-sac. Then, we can arrange in advance for a smaller truck to make your delivery. If smaller trucks are not available, you may be required to meet the driver if a large truck is not able to get to your exact location. Other delivery challenges may occur such as your delivery is being made to a less accessible area or areas which require special/additional freight services (crossing water, on a small island, etc...), you may be responsible for additional freight charges. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to your order shipping to go over your options. - + Can I pick up my order?

Yes. If you are local, we have warehouse facilities located in Largo, Florida. We also offer local delivery to your door for both our RTA and Pre-assembled cabinetry using our own trucks.
- + Can I adjust/choose my delivery date?

Once your order is processed, our warehouse will contact you with an estimated date for delivery for your RTA or pre-assembled cabinetry. We will always try our very best to meet your schedule and work with you through the entire delivery process. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 727-230-9907 for more information on the process.
- + Where are your products shipped from?

Most all of our products are shipped from our warehouses located in Largo, Florida.
- + How long does it take from the time I order cabinets until they are delivered?

It depends on the collection of cabinets you purchase, their destination and whether they are RTA or pre-assembled. As a general guideline and depending on the manufacturer, RTA cabinets typically are shipped in two weeks or less. Pre-assembled cabinetry may take up to 4 weeks ARO. Back-orders and other unforeseen manufacturing issues are not included in this timeframe. Holidays and factory shut down may impact overall delivery time.
- + Do you customize or modify your cabinetry?

Absolutely! We have our own facilities staffed by fully trained technicians who can modify most any cabinet to meet your aesthetic, functional or dimensional needs. For example, we can turn a solid wood door into a glass front, modify cabinet depths, upgrade hinges and more! - + If I choose to have my cabinets assembled that includes some modifications or customization work, how does this impact my delivery time?

Generally it doesn’t! We have the ability to provide quick turnaround times. It depends on the collection of cabinets you purchase, their destination and whether they are RTA or pre-assembled. As a general guideline and depending on the manufacturer, RTA cabinets typically are shipped in two weeks or less. Pre-assembled cabinetry may take up to 4 weeks ARO. Back-orders and other unforeseen manufacturing issues are not included in this timeframe. Holidays and factory shut down may impact overall delivery time.
- + If I decide to have my cabinets assembled rather than purchase RTA, is it expensive?

In most cases, no! Depending on the types of cabinets, the quantity and manufacturer, in general most orders are less than 10% of the total costs! Saving you time and frustration. How much is your time worth? Our Customer Service Department, 727-230-9907 can answer any questions you may have regarding the assembly of your cabinets.
- + We want to also purchase new pulls and knobs for our cabinetry, do you offer any hardware options?

- + Do the cabinets come with all the assembly hardware?

- + Do the cabinets come with installation tools or equipment?

You must supply your own tools and equipment.
- + Will your RTA cabinets be shipped with assembly instructions?

No, but they are intuitive to assemble and videos of cabinet assembly are available on the internet. Additionally our Customer Service Department at 727-230-9907 can assist with any questions you may have.
- + If I receive my RTA cabinets or Pre-assembled cabinetry and there are missing parts or some damages, what do I do?

It is not uncommon for such things to happen, however in the unlikely event they do, please call our Customer Service Department at 727-230-9907. Please be prepared to provide pictures of the damaged goods to our customer service department so that they can provide documented support to our manufacturers. They will work with you to get it “right” and ensure your issues are resolved in a timely manner. We stand behind everything we sell!
- + Is there a warranty that comes with your cabinetry?

Yes, most manufacturers provide a limited warranty. Each manufacturer provides different versions of a limited warranty- We have uploaded a brochure on each cabinet manufacturer's page to elaborate on the warranty. Beyond the manufacturers limited warranty, Direct Renovations will always help resolve any issues relating to this matter.

The item must be exactly the same product to qualify. You may send us the competitor quote that includes the breakdown of the cabinetry and any accessories to Customer Service for price match approval.

- + Do you offer financing?

Yes. We do offer 6 months same as cash through PayPal services. Please ask your designer or customer service about this program.
- + Should I feel comfortable ordering kitchen cabinets over the internet?

Many people are concerned about ordering products online as they should. However, Direct Renovation Products(DRP) has been in business well over a decade at the same location. We strive to make sure that we make that process as easy as possible for all our customers. We only carry the highest quality products and stand behind all our items with outstanding customer service. Additionally we are a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau of Florida, Angie’s List, Home Advisors, Thumbtack and others! Check us out! - + Do you have a showroom?

Absolutely! We have a beautiful kitchen and bath design showroom located at 3665 East Bay Drive, Largo, Florida 33771. Please stop in and visit with one of our designers or call 727-230-9907 to make an appointment. Our hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday 10 am to 3 pm EST.
- + Do you offer a sample door program?

Yes! For a minimal cost we will ship any one of our manufactures' door styles to you. Please review this website or call our Customer Service Department at 727-230-9907 for more information or to order.
- + Can I use the cabinets outdoors?

Our standard kitchen cabinetry is not designed for outdoor use. We do however, offer the DRP Outdoor Cabinet Brand that your Designers would happily discuss with you.
- + Do any of the cabinets come in other colors or finishes besides those listed on the site?

Absolutely! We have hundreds of cabinet styles and colors not shown on this website. So if you find something “close” but not close enough, please call and ask to speak with one of our designers. They will help you choose the exact style that will suit your needs!
- + Do the doors and drawers come with soft close?

Most all cabinet lines now come standard with soft close hinges. Depending on the manufacturer, the style you choose may not include soft close. However, they can be upgraded. Your designer will answer any questions you may have regarding hardware.
- +Do we sell just doors or drawer fronts or just cabinet boxes without doors or drawers?

Sorry, we only sell complete cabinets.
- + Do the cabinets come in any other types of wood?

Our cabinetry primarily comes in oak, maple, and cherry.
- + Can I pay extra to have glass included with my cabinetry?

- + Do you offer “frameless” cabinetry options?

Yes! Frameless cabinetry is sometimes called "full access" cabinetry because it offers greater accessibility by eliminating the face frame. Instead, it relies on thicker box construction for stability. Only full overlay doors can be used, with hinges attached directly to the sides of the cabinet box. Design Process
- + Do you offer kitchen islands?

Our designers use base cabinets to construct kitchen islands.
- + How long does it take to get a design once I submit my design request?

Generally, 3 to 5 business days. Extended lead times do occur depending on the current workload.
- + Can someone from Direct Renovations come to my home and take measurements?

If you are local, yes! Please call and ask to speak with one of our designers. If you are not local please refer to our measurement video for how to measure your kitchen.
- + How much does the design service cost, and are there any fees attached with the design or any commitments that I have to make?

The design service is 100% FREE. There are no hidden fees or binding obligations. You do not need to fill out any credit card information. The only requirement is your name, email address, and phone number CLICK HERE so that we can contact you regarding your design request and measurements or call and ask to speak with one our designers. Better yet if your local, visit us at our Largo showroom!
- +What kitchen design software does Direct Renovations use?

We use 20/20 Design Technologies software. This is the industry leading kitchen design software.
Returns
- + What is your return policy?

Depending on the manufacturer and product, we may depending on the circumstances accept a return. However in any case, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping, and will also incur a minimum of a 25% restocking fee. But please be advised that we do NOT generally accept returns on cabinets or cabinet parts. Please call our Customer Service Department at 727-230-9907 for more information.
- + What if there is an issue with missing parts, damage or the product in general?
